Comments: Donker geel van kleur, beetje vreemde kleur voor een kerstbier. Voldoende schuim wat vrij goed blijft staan. Geur is minimaal. De eerste slok is zwak van smaak. Daarna gaat het beter. Enigszins hoppig, licht prikkelend op de tong met een zachte bittere nasmaak die toch vrij lang blijft hangen. Een mooi bier wat goed door te drinken is.
