28 tripel

“Caulier 28 Tripel” – 9°. A deep blond color which is developing a dense foam. Sweetness of the alcohol and honey scent. Complex olfactory outcome essentially hopping with taste of citrus fruits and undergrowth (wet hay-grass). Sugar free dry beer, extremely light with a smooth input of mouth due to alcohol. As second taste, a nice bitterness. Taste any length and persistence for a unique pleasure. Natural effervescence, very round in the mouth. Tasting Time: The complexity and originality of flavors allow a multitude of combinations. Match perfectly with cheese, preferably soft or with spice flavor but also with all meat with sauce as game. Other original association will surprise you and you host with pasta “al dente”, basilica, parmesan. Try with chocolate, preferably dark . Three powerful hops. Three fermentations. Never ever taste a such generous and intense beer without sugar. It will fill your mouth with multiple natural perfumes. To enjoy with the greatest wisdom.
