Supreme Raspberry Sour
Supreme is liberal take on a Berliner Weisse – a sour wheat beer that originated in Berlin. Our version uses a special yeast called Lachancea that produces both lactic acid (like the bacteria used for yogurt and lambics), and alcohol (like most beer yeast). We use a mix of pilsner and wheat malts, EKG hops for some minty, herbal depth, and then a huge load of organic raspberries. This beer is tart, pink and easy to drink even for those who don’t often drink beer. Check out the artwork featured on this can from Liliane Vertessen.
